Terms of Service — The Boring Stuff :(
At NoMoSnow Snow Removal Inc., we strive to provide timely, reliable, and high-quality snow removal services. However, it’s important to understand the following terms and conditions when booking with us:

Weather Conditions: Unfortunately, we do not control the weather. While we aim to respond promptly and maintain clear surfaces, weather events such as ongoing snowfall, drifting snow, and changing temperatures may affect conditions after service. We cannot guarantee that surfaces will remain completely clear following our visit. It is helpful for us and the client that we wait until the snow has stopped falling completely before making our rounds in the city.

Service Frequency: Customers on our monthly or seasonal plans can request snow removal as many times as needed during their coverage period. However, we do not allow multiple service requests within a 24-hour window. We also ask monthly and seasonal clients to request service only when snow has actually accumulated. If snow is falling but temperatures are high enough that it will melt before our guaranteed 12–24 hour service window, we reserve the right to decline the request. Additionally, snow that is <2cm will generally not require a service and depending on the amount, we do reserve the right to decline a request. This helps us ensure fair, efficient scheduling for all staff while still providing reliable coverage throughout the season.

Scope of Work: Our responsibility is to clear sidewalks, driveways, walkways, stairs, and similar areas to a reasonable level of cleanliness and safety consistent with what a homeowner could achieve using standard snow removal tools. Complete snow or ice elimination cannot be guaranteed due to environmental factors beyond our control.

Liability: By booking with NoMoSnow Snow Removal Inc., you acknowledge and agree that the company, its owners, and technicians are not liable for property damage, slip or fall incidents, or other weather-related occurrences following service. Our responsibility is limited to performing reasonable snow clearing as described above.
